• Server logs — IP address, browser, pages visited (kept 30 days). Used for security and aggregate analytics only.
• Cookies — preference cookies (your accepted language and consent), and Google AdSense cookies if you accept them.
• Contact form — name and email if you write to us. Used only to reply.

We do not ask for, store or process passport data, application files, or any personal documents you may discuss in correspondence. Only the consulate handles your visa file.
